Who We Are

BANDHU INDIA has been working in India form last 3 years, focusing on alleviating poverty and social exclusion. We do this through well-planned and comprehensive programmers in health, education, livelihoods for underprivileged society. We also focus on generating and sharing knowledge with diverse stakeholders to influence sustainable impact at scale. Our overall goal is the empowerment of women and Children’s specially girl child from poor and marginalized communities, leading to improvement in their lives and livelihoods.

Why Women and Childrens (Girls)

BANDHU INDIA focuses on the empowerment of women and Childers specially girls because they are disproportionately affected by poverty and discrimination; and suffers abuse and violations in the realization of their rights, entitlements and access and control over resources. Also, experience shows that, when equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities overcome poverty, marginalization and social injustice
